His work on the ANC campaign in South Africa reveals the high standard. They were well beyond international standards. I personally liked the picture of Mandela surrounded by children. I thought that was marvellous. The people of South Africa have a lot of praise for him. He is also a very daring, very brave man. I found him to be very innovative and highly creative – a breath of fresh air. Like me he is a great believer in human resource. I see him now as a mover of education for human resource develop-ment and I think he has done very well in that respect.
