Established partnership with major Russian state universities. The signing of agreements took place during a Russia-Malaysia Business Forum attended by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, and the collaborations cover joint degrees and research and development that would allow Russian and Malaysian students a chance to experience campus life in both countries.
