A Global mission

Tan Sri Lim is entering an intensive phase of his global mission with the establishment of his campuses worldwide whilst strengthening a collegial network already spansning 170 universities and colleges in 70 countries.

He calls the network his Global Classroom.
Students graduating from the Global Classroom will be imbued with the best of Western and Eastern traditions and philosophies, thus equipping them for future international careers. This will be achieved by enabling them, as part of their degree programme, to broaden their cultural and intellectual experience by studying and travelling throughout a network of campuses spread across continents.

Tan Sri Lim believes that the experience will result in the Global Graduate – highly competent, universal in their thinking and proactive in fostering understanding between peoples of the world.

He has moved his mission to another level by launching the Limkokwing Institute for Tomorrow (LIFT) which will establish ICT training centres in developing regions to provide free training in the use of new technologies to empower underprivileged communities to improve their standard of living.
